1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Zukasoft ("we," "us," "our"), the developer of Renewa ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms apply in conjunction with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zukasoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
This license does not include:
- The right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the App to any third party
- The right to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
- The right to reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App
- The right to use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including but not limited to its design, interface, graphics, text, code, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other content, is the exclusive property of Zukasoft and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any subscription data you manually enter into the App. You grant us no rights to that data, and we do not access it.
4. In-App Purchases — Renewa Pro
Lifetime Purchase
Renewa offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Renewa Pro") that unlocks unlimited subscriptions. This is a non-recurring, lifetime license — you pay once and the feature is yours permanently.
💳 Billing & Payment
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Zukasoft does not process, store, or have access to your payment information.
Restore Purchases
If you delete and reinstall the App or switch to a new device using the same Apple ID, you can restore your Pro purchase at no charge using the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. Restores are tied to your Apple ID, not your device.
Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Apple EULA for In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Zukasoft is the licensed application developer, and Apple acts as the transaction facilitator only.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the App
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of the App without our written permission
- Use the App to store or track financial data in contexts where professional financial advice is required
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Subscription data, renewal dates, or pricing information entered into the App is verified or accurate
- The App will be available at any particular time or location
Renewa is a personal organizational tool, not a financial service. All subscription data is entered manually by the user. We make no representations about the accuracy of any pricing information provided in service templates.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZUKASOFT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Missed subscription renewals or unexpected charges from third-party services
- Reliance on inaccurate pricing information in the App
- Any other intangible losses
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Financial Disclaimer
Renewa is a personal productivity tool designed to help you manually track and organize subscription information. It is not a financial product, banking service, or investment tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for verifying your actual subscription costs, renewal dates, and payment obligations directly with the respective service providers.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with Apple platform services (App Store, StoreKit, SwiftData, Keychain). Your use of those services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies, which are separate from these Terms.
Renewa includes pre-filled templates for third-party subscription services (e.g., Netflix, Spotify). These are provided for convenience only. Zukasoft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these services. Pricing information in templates may not reflect current pricing and is provided as a starting point only.
10. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without cause or notice, in our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your devices.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
Apple is not a party to any dispute between you and Zukasoft.
12. Apple-Specific Terms
As required by Apple's App Store guidelines, you acknowledge the following:
- Parties: These Terms are between you and Zukasoft only, not Apple.
- Maintenance & Support: Zukasoft, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App.
- Warranty: In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Product Claims: Zukasoft, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession or use of it.
- Third-Party IP: In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Zukasoft (not Apple) is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, and resolution of such claim.
- Legal Compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any government prohibited or restricted parties list.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should stop using the App.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
